Network vision

The grain trade, joined up by one calm record.

Grain Manager starts on your farm. Over time, the same record links the grower, merchant, receiver, transport and farm management — so one load weighed on your weighbridge becomes one tidy entry across the chain. Designed to be built carefully, role by role, in step with the people who'll actually use it.

The five portals

Each role gets a portal designed around their job.

Same underlying record, different view. Each portal launches when it's genuinely useful — not before. Live, in development, and roadmap status is shown clearly throughout.

Grower

Live

The farmer's portal — currently in active beta. Stores, crop lots, contracts, passports, movements and compliance.

  • Crop lot tracking
  • Contracts & positions
  • Grain passports
  • Movement records
  • Assurance support
  • Export & reporting

Merchant

In development

A buyer's view across many growers. Contracts agreed, tonnage moved, passports received, balance outstanding — all tidy.

  • Contract management
  • Counterparty list
  • Movement reconciliation
  • Passport receipt
  • Position by crop and store
  • Settlement support

Receiver / Mill

Roadmap

For the receiving site — mill, store, port or processor. Inbound bookings, weighbridge reconciliation and quality records.

  • Inbound schedule
  • Weighbridge tickets
  • Quality & sample log
  • Acceptance / rejection
  • Reconciliation with merchant
  • Storage tracking

Transport

Roadmap

For the haulier. Jobs scheduled, vehicles allocated, drivers sent the paperwork they need — without phone calls and faxes.

  • Job scheduling
  • Vehicle & driver records
  • Pre-filled passports for drivers
  • Pickup confirmations
  • Proof of delivery
  • Job history per customer

Farm management

Roadmap

For agents, contract managers and groups managing multiple farms. A clean roll-up across holdings without losing the per-farm detail.

  • Multi-farm view
  • Position by client
  • Cross-farm reporting
  • Permission control per farm
  • Group-level compliance summary
  • Joint marketing support

How we build it

Slowly, carefully, with the people who'll use it.

No "platform for everyone" promises. Each portal launches when the role it serves has been involved in the design and we can honestly call it useful. Until then it's labelled clearly as "in development" or "roadmap" — never live.

Grower-first

The grower portal carries the whole network. Until that's solid for real farmers in real harvests, the rest waits.

Pull, not push

Each new portal launches when the people in that role ask for it — not because it makes for a tidy slide deck.

No silos

The same record passes cleanly between roles. No re-keying, no half-translations, no exports that no-one can open.

Status is honest

"Live", "In development", "Roadmap" is shown on every feature, every portal, every claim. If it's not live, we say so.

If you're a merchant, receiver or haulier interested in this — get in touch.

The grower portal is live now. Other portals are designed with the people who'll use them. Tell us what you'd want from your view of the record.
