Every farm gets the whole product free for 12 months, with 25 passports included. Enough to set up properly and see a harvest through. After that, choose a plan. Prices are per farm business, not per person, and exclude VAT.

Pricing questions
The product is live and running, but it's still being improved all the time. There will be bugs that need ironing out, and we need your help finding them. That's why we're offering beta pricing and a year's free trial, although if you like Grain Manager, choosing to subscribe sooner would help us make improvements faster. The beta isn't going anywhere for a while, but the more people who use it, the better it will get. So sign up, get using it, and report anything that doesn't seem right. If you like what we're doing and want to support it, activate your subscription.
When the beta ends, prices may have to change, but you will hear about it in the app first. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and your data is yours throughout. Export it any time.
No. The 12-month trial needs an email address and a farm name.
Passport creation pauses until you pick a plan. Everything else keeps working until the 12 months are up.
If you do not pick a plan, your account becomes read-only for 12 months. You can still view, print and export everything, and pick a plan whenever you are ready.
No, per farm business. Plus and Pro include more people. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Each business has its own plan and seats, so two businesses means two subscriptions. You still need only one login, and so do the people who work across both farms.
Yes. The annual plan is the equivalent of two months free. Pay monthly or once a year, whichever suits the farm.
On Basic and Plus, extra passports are £1 each. It is not billed automatically. Allowances are per harvest season and do not roll over, and the tonnage figures in the table are a guide to help you pick, not a limit.
By card or Bacs Direct Debit, through Stripe. Card details never touch Grain Manager's servers.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, if the farm still fits the smaller plan.
Yes, any time. You keep read-only access and export for 12 months.
Yes. When a farm you refer subscribes, you both get a month free.
